I did a random google search 4 years ago and came across New York Gates... like everything in NYC I was suspicious at first as I had never dealt with having a garage door or even a gate installed... Fast forward to now and not only do they do a great job but have consistently done so ever since... Benny is just the greatest and super friendly and honest, His Crew is just STELLAR nicest guys that know what they're doing show up when you call and get the job done so fast with absolutely no issues. They are a shining star in a city filled with con artists and shotty installers... any problems I've ever had on other gates installed god knows when they've been super responsive and come and fixed in no time!

Benny is incredibly responsive to new issues that come up with the gate he installed last year.
This is a rolling and overhead door company. Highly recommended. Work is efficient, they are quick and clean. Good service and price on point.

My rolling gate was stuck and I had to close it to be able to leave yesterday night. I called many companies and none was able to help until I called New York Gates. Benny answer quickly and in less than an hour he was fixing my gate. The job was quick and clean. He didn't leave any trace and the gate looks and work perfect 🙂

Professional, Courteous, HONEST!! These are just some of the character traits of this company. Rapid response time! They are on site before you can blink an eye. Gate stuck, they got it. Gate smashed due to a truck driving into it (believe me it happens all the time) they got it! What can't these guys do? From top to bottom, owner to employees, these guys are top notch and it shows! Called for quote. Gave me a quote over the phone told me what was wrong. Recommended what needs to be changed. Came 2 days later everything done in 2.5 hours. A+++ will use again if needed highly recommended

I had a great experience with Benny from NY Gates. Our store gate broke and Benny came out within 30 minutes to assess the situation. He gave us a good rate and offered to be back later in the afternoon to install a new custom cut spring and solder a loose gate post. He was fast and efficient and we are very pleased.
